Purchased almost $20k worth of furniture - cant get a straight answer on delivery- get excuses on warehouse issues etc - no one in the store ( Long Island ) can tell us when well be receiving any part of our order - different stories told by receptionist, sales person and store manager - made special trip to Florida based on store promises knowing theres a 3-5 day window - thats come and gone and no one cares.
